The AZ Republic reported that RealtyTrac, a foreclosure tracking firm, reported foreclosure NOTICES are up in Maricopa County. Notices are the first step a lien holder takes toward foreclosure. However, many of these never get foreclosed on. Many end up Short Selling or even catching up on their payments and late fees.
